In his publication on June 24 at 7:17 p.m. (Cuba time), Castro wrote: «⚠️⚠️Another senior leader of the regime's armed forces dies. "The regime announced the death of Reserve Brigadier General Antonio Rafael Concepción Quintero."
The journalist added a judgment of context: "What we will see from now on is a bleeding of senior officials, almost all of them over 90 years old." The message comes while Cuba is still paying tribute to the death of commander Ramiro Valdés Menéndez, announced on Sunday, June 21 and confirmed by the state press (Rebel Youth, CiberCuba).

The death of Concepción Quintero joins a sequence of deaths of historical generals and commanders that independent media have documented in recent years.
