What the documentary is about
According to the synopsis of the video itself and the coverage of media such as El Imparcial and Prensa Llanera, the production denounces the advance of what its authors call a «trans agenda» in minors within Colombia. It addresses puberty blockers, hormonal therapies and gender-affirming surgeries, and points to colleges, universities and health entities.
The tone is not neutral: the work adopts a frontal stance against interventions in minors and uses recordings—some made with hidden cameras, according to judicial reports cited by Escándala— to illustrate conversations with medical personnel. From the first seconds of the version on YouTube, Adrián warns that the material was edited due to "legal pressure and judicial persecution."
From paid release to open access
The project originally premiered on December 7, 2025 under a restricted and paid scheme, according to The Impartial. After months of limited distribution, legal threats and circulation on networks, Adrián released it for free on his YouTube channel on May 17, 2026.
In the official description of the video, the creator states that the documentary generated "millions of views, international debate and even attempts at censorship and legal action" and links to Fundamento, the organization that promotes the campaign. The open version maintains an explicit message: "This documentary will not be truly finished until not a single child in Latin America is the target of the ideological gender agenda," according to El Imparcial.
Litigation in Cali and arrest warrant
The judicial controversy escalated in Colombia. According to Nación Paisa, Adrián declared that a court in Cali issued a 10-day arrest warrant and a fine equivalent to 15 legal monthly minimum wages currentfor contempt in a dispute with the doctor Mario Angulo, linked to the gender clinic of the Valle del Lili Foundation.
The influencer maintained that the sanction responds to the dissemination of recordings in which, according to him, the specialist detailed procedures applied to minors. "It is an arrest warrant for telling the world what this doctor did to Laura and many other children," he said online. Adrián reported that his defense in Mexico has Hogares y Asociados and in Colombia with Nueva Democracia, and that he requested follow-up from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mexico.
Media such as Escándala point out that a previous resolution had requested the elimination of fragments of the documentary due to the use of edited hidden recordings. The authorities, according to that report, linked the arrest order to non-compliance with that measure, not to the mere opinion of the creator. As of the date of this note, there are no additional public judicial rulings on pending appeals.
Reactions and polarization
The open premiere reinstated a deeply divided discussion in Latin America. Sectors that question transition treatments for minors have amplified the video; LGBT+ organizations, health specialists and human rights defenders have criticized the work. Escándala states that activists and academics consider that the production presents information that is "misleading or far from the current scientific consensus" on gender identity and the support of trans minors.
In parallel, users and political figures have debated whether the Cali order limits freedom of expression or responds to possible violations of privacy and due process. Prensa Llanera emphasizes that the production, shot with a critical perspective towards Colombian medical protocols, was already circulating strongly before the free publication on YouTube.
